What Interest Rate will apply to the loan?

Will accounts need to be provided?

Not normally, as unlike other commercial lenders our approach means that we don’t need to see your accounts. We offer a self-certification route and can handle everything over the phone.

What if We can provide accounts or partial accounts?

Generally speaking, then the more information you can provide us about your business the better. It may mean we’ll be able to offer you a better rate of interest often in-line with high street lenders.

How much money can we borrow?

We normally arrange loans of between £50,000 and £10,000,000 - it will depend on the valuation of the property.

What if we have CCJs or arrears on my current mortgage?

We look beyond your financial and credit history. Whatever your circumstances, there’s a good chance we can provide the funds you need.

Does it matter if we’ve been refused elsewhere?

It's no cause for concern. We specialise in providing commercial mortgages for those who have found it difficult to obtain a commercial mortgage from the traditional high street lender.
